updated roadmap - note there is discrepancy with regards to page/content index (executive summary). for example "Interconnect" is at page 53 (ADOBE) and not 42. Copper wiring for DRAM to emerge 2007; however Samsung seems to be sticking with Al while MU/INTC will be copper itrs.net
