My own picks were up 4.5% for the week--that's
better than I did all of last year. Without
Arqule and DPII, the portfolio would have done
more like 7%.

Maxygen did great, gaining a buck a share this
week. Gene Logic had very good volume today.

I expect most of my picks (except the one I
actually own, dpii) to run for a few days next
week. Sadly, dpii doesn't have enough volume
for me to actually trade out of my position
and ride the wave for a few days. I think my
experience trading stocks is probably a lot like
what it's like to have your head held down in a
toilet. You sputter and choke, and everybody
watches you, thinking 'look at the poor slob
choking on that stock over there'.
"Value" trap, mostly trapped.

Anyway, I would trade Gene Logic next week if
I could--seems like it could run up toward $4
in just a couple of days.
