I would like to add: - widening the gap between rich and poor to its widest point since the 1920s - weakening the US of A financially, militarily, diplomatically and economically while China rolls blithely along minting millionaires, lending to us and making noises at Taiwan - making an absolute mockery of American capitalism by displaying it in its most venal and incompetent form - making both Nixon and Saddam look better than they actually were...egads LOL! - increasing the size, weight and illegal activities of the US government thereby drawing the hatred of both the right and the left - promoting OBL from murdering nutcase to the greatest threat since Hitler
