I see no problem with this: "If they murder, rob, rape, etc, there would be NO excuse this way." Drugs might explain why someone did something, but I don't see why they'd excuse murder, robbery and rape. I don't believe alcohol excuses those things (it may cause them in some instances, but people still seem to get punished. As far as I know you don't get a free murder under the influence- unless of course you are quite rich and famous, THEN you might get to murder someone and escape prison, but that has everything to do with money and it's influence, and nothing to do with drugs.
