Well as it happens W's political capital is all spent and the people are sick of him. The Republican's can't afford the political fall out of a draft with elections coming. So it's on hold. There would have to be another major (fake) terror attack for the political climate to change enough to allow the draft. But with more and more people questioning the official story of 911 another attack would not be a sure thing either politically. Thankfully Bush's fascist regime is running out of steam. btw, I am not a Democrat. 911proof.com
