Always nice to see some free publicity for one of your favorite stocks and next week's Barron's highlights Nuvelo in their weekly feature...Charting the Market. This feature reflects the charts for 12 stocks each week that have shown great activity..both up and down! Anyway Nuvelo's chart is reflected with the following comment.." Nuvelo agreed to have Bayer AG bring its blood-clot-dissolving drug to market. Investors bid Nuvelo to a 52 week high, JAZZED by the $385 Million in milestone payments it could earn from the deal."
