Who knows? But, as noted in the article, there wasn't anything unusual in the profits reported.

Obviously, she relied on Blair's advice. And obviously, the rules weren't applied to her account. But the futures market is notorious for that. As also noted in the article, Blair was a big customer of Bone, and big customers tend not to have problems with such stuff.

Now, if you want to talk about shady deals, let us discuss Dubya and Arbusto and the Rangers. How he was able to turn a very small stake and almost no work into many millions of dollars. Of course, the fact his father was VP and then President during those years...
