No, but it was never proven that money was handed over and then the records faked. Given the jaundiced eye that the FTC turns on such things, that is a dubious assertion. Given that Bone's company was investigated for that period, it is, in fact, a ludicrous assertion.

Now, let us talk about the shady deals by Bush. His insider trading, oh yeah, we are supposed to believe he just forgot, which fleeced the stockholders, and his other dubious dealings.
