Apparently we sold Israel 500 conventional bunker busters.

Those will help but may not be enough if there are a sufficient number of hardened and/or dispersed or camouflaged facilities spread around all of Iran, some on the far side from Israel, and perhaps some not yet known.

I would worry about even the US Air Force's ability to take out the whole program, even if we had unrestricted use of air bases in Turkey, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The main problem being firm knowledge of the exact location of all important facilities. Another possible problem being the possible need to destroy a working reactor and thus release a lot of radiation.
