When you look at pictures like those (MID and RUT), and the financial sector, and the ever-expanding debt bubble, it really does make one think that tech stocks are the exception - the rest of the world seems to be in a fifth wave of the great 1980s-1990s secular bull. Perhaps the secular bear hasn't even really started yet... BC
