GM is late to the party regarding hybrids.They had the "holy grail" of the automotive future right in their fist with the production of the EV1 and EV2 and mismanaged their way to oblivion by scrapping that program.They wasted many years concentrating on the hydrogen fuel cell, ignoring the facts of EROI for hydrogen...no wonder the stock is where it is.

GM should concentrate on making an "all electric" vehicle for the "world city" market and be first to market in this area for "the Big Three." Bringing back the EV 2 and tweaking it with up to date battery and other technology might bring this hulk out of the hole...they probable burned the blue prints..willKK come back with a vengance ..I don't think so.
