That will be up to the SEC, NASD and possibly the FBI to sort out. Speculation at this point is just that, speculation. The whole thing looks very, very suspicious.

2) When Mr. Morgan said that OVIS would not issue any more stock, did he put a time frame on that commitment? He has 800,000,000 authorized and certainly he will issue more shares someday. He has to. At best, this will be done to grow the business (in theory to increase shareholder value). For now, it would appear that he might do it do reduce debt, pay executive salaries, etc. as he has already done. He can say that he will not issue more shares......but can only, realistically at best, say that for some very short period of time. Repeating......was a time commitment made on the issuance of new shares.

Not that we know of. Morgan said he was asked for more shares by the MM's and refused. While OVIS will likely issue more shares down the line to expand, Morgan knows that he would be feeding the MM's and destroying his company's share value by diluting now.
I have a few thousand shares which I have bet on Morgan sticking to his guns. If others think that's a foolish bet, well...it's my money, so I really don't care.
