Good question as to how Melcher is still fleecing the public. The SEC and DOJ most often fail to monitor compliance by miscreants of restrictions placed upon them. How often do we see an individual who has been prohibited from engaging in brokerage or related activity resurface with a different alias or company name and continue with his nefarious scams
