I tend to avoid saying much about specific investments. Look at the price of gold and you can see that its movement is consistent with the demise of the dollar. The de-dollarization of oil trade would/will add momentum to the demise of the dollar. The yen would be as good a place as any to own financial assets. The 40% rise of Japanese stocks last year should tell you something. In the long term, the yuan will be strong. It is likely to be up 5 to 7% this year against the dollar in 2006 -- but anything can happen in the short-term.
