we always had trouble on house land line phone.. couldn't hear well. after fios we now feel the people talking are right next to us. I have been up for two weeks. no problems with speed, no delays , i still do not have email account set up.. seems i ordered dsl a month earlier and last minute they found out i couldn't get it. well it appears they used the same order number of another account and to set up my fios installation. we we went to set up my account another user was already active for the last two weeks. it has now been two weeks dealing with fios help desk and no progress.. well there may be progress but not at my end. They have to issue new work orders etc inorder to set me up. I have three customer service representatives who all have accepted ownership of getting my situation corrected.. g oh, i also have the equipment in box to install dsl to send back. two have told me they will personally send me a label to return it. still waiting.

fios says they are now setting up about 70 houses a day per work crew. best i can tell this fios is exploding. it has taken 40% of comcast customers out of our development. i expect no bad for initial installations. cannot wait for tv which i am told in turn key operation.
