ASND Can't Warn and Will Not Warn since they are currently in the "quiet period" which is 30 days before earnings. With no warning coming after the bell, one should be able to drop some money into ASND without worrying about the possibility of an earnings warning. I think today kicked off the start of the the 30-day quiet period. Of course, this doesn't prevent ASND from being downgraded. Actually, there was supposed to be a Cowen conference today where ASND's CEO was supposed to present at 4:30pm EST in Boston. I have no idea what was said there, tho'. Cowen was one of the brokerage houses that did not make any comments whatsoever last week. I guess they were waiting for what ASND's CEO had to say. Cheers, Chi-X has Spoken!
