I'd expect her to use that as part of her efforts. FWIW, I don't see it as anything but an accident. She was just barely 17, had a girlfriend in her own car, and was likely oblivious as many teens are.


Except for two things.......there was not a lot of traffic; visibility was not impaired; she was not drinking. However shortly before the accident, her boyfriend had broken up with her. That is why there is a cloud around the accident and why she might not want to bring it up again.
