Democrats in congress are clean, so now it's up to them to differentiate themselves completely from the crooks on the far right. The courts will prove this by themselves, but the people are still in teh dark about most of it.

BTW, many liberals give poor marks to democrats in congress for not standing up to Bushies enough. That would probably account for 20% of the 70% who don't approve of democrats. But in actuality, democrats have been trying. They just don't have any congressional powers outside the ethics committee and an occasional filibuster attempt.
