(OTCBB:DVGL) today announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Magic Eye, Inc., a Massachusetts based special-print media company, to develop, market, sell and produce a new visual technology which employs Magic Eye's patent pending visual process and DVG's patented lenticular lithographic process. Robert L. Morris, President, stated that ``we are very pleased to have received this Letter of Intent from Magic Eye as a result of our DV3D(R) print technologies and anticipate this will be the beginning of a mutually beneficial, long-term relationship.''
