You misunderstand either on purpose or because you aren't able to think logically. DeLay is only 'innocent until proven guilty' in a court of law. That's it. The public, and all of us in it, are free to believe he is guilty. That's called being a free person. I'm sorry that you don't believe in the freedom to have a personal opinion.
