Median "good" trend on the Dow covers roughly 20 multiples of the daily (true) trading range. Currently that's around ~100 points, so a "typical" upside trend should be good for ~2000 points. 11k + 2k => 13k.

Of course, "median" is just a fancy word for "wrong half the time", so whether or not it happens is an open question.

You're working to hard, lol, I round everything off to convenient multiples involving lots of zeros before doing any math.
