If that tool dries up because of a declining market, then companies would be faced with higher labor expense...alot higher. The insider selling window closed for this quarter on 8/31, so I wouldn't make too much of the 8/22 filings (which were probably submitted on the transaction date). 20,000 shares doesn't look too suspicious to me, either. This was some rally today, ignited by the bond market. I didn't buy anything today, though I was sorely tempted. I would expect the bonds to be OK on the news, but I'm skeptical of the biggest bond move in 2 1/2 years. I got faked back into the market in early February by the same kind of action, so I'd rather miss some points than move headlong. Could be a mistake, but...
