TUREK's November 05 Debtor's Financial Report was filed on 12 Dec 05. He probably has to file by the middle of each month so it should appear on Pacer within the next week.

Turek seems prepared to pay himself a lot more in salary than the company has in product sales revenue so I'd guess that selling shares to bring in cash is the only way to get enough to cover his personal drawings.
