That would mean that the iranian pm was a suicide bomber at heart, risking the certain annihilation of Persia for this goal of his. It also assumes that he would hava the power to do this. Are all the mullahs this mad? I doubt it. So no, i dont take him at his word but i am certainly not certain and it is within the area where one has to consider preememption. OUr preemption in iraq makes this one harder. Going after low hanging fruit which turned out to be poisoned might prevent us from going after a far more real threat here. Israel on the other hand would be acting in self interest and have the secret support of many arab states who dont want to be ruled or intimidated by shiaa persian iran. But of course those same arabs would use such an israeli attack to vilify israel. What a wonderful world.
