With the Fed on the 31st of this month, I think it makes more sense here to play that turn rather than specific levels of resistance.

There's a cycle low in the end of Feb / early March. That could be the 2006 cycle low. I think we'll see a drop during February, but I think this month will look a lot like Jan. 2001 when it's over. We'll see.
