Why do you keep referencing commercial databases? I hadn't given them any thought. I was thinking email. I don't know how you get a warrant to sift through bazillions of email messages looking for someone who might be hatching a bomb.

Fill me in on that and I could give you an opinion on what would merit a warrant and what wouldn't.

I don't think the question here is what would merit a warrant. I think the question is how would it be feasible to use the warrant process to do what I specified, how warrants are relevant to that activity. Since you're so focused on warrants, do you have any thoughts on how?
