Homeland Security Corporation to Distribute "Portable" GPS Tracking Device Worldwide

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, Jan 09, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Security Corporation (HSCC) becomes exclusive distributor for "Portable" GPS Container tracking device.
The Company has completed an "Additional" Exclusive Distributing Agreement with Global Access Technologies, Inc. a Nevada corporation that manufactures and develops GPS tracking products worldwide. "PortaTrak" is a state of the art, portable, self-contained GPS tracking unit. The PortaTrak portable Vehicle & Asset tracking system is a fully integrated tracking, security and recovery device. The size of a white board eraser, it automatically sends periodic position reports as SMS test messages over a GSM communications network. The device reports positions only when motion is detected, or as requested by an application server or end-user. The Company will be developing the proprietary software for use on "Containers" worldwide.
Company CEO, David L.Shade, states, "Recent business and government reports estimate 'Unpowered cargo containers and other platforms number approximately 250 Million.' There are about 13 Million containers in the U.S., 230 Million containers from abroad and 7 Million trailers and rail cars domestically. Homeland Security objectives have the potential to alter the figures dramatically, especially in the security section for transport of containers overseas. It is our company's goal to configure the PortaTrak to capture this market."
