Or maybe active power management is pretty simple and Vccsm, the supply voltage for the DDR2 memory, always stays at 1.8v, even if processor is in deep sleep mode.

But it makes you wonder -- why bother supplying power to the DDR2 through the chipset if you are not going to mess with it?
