It doesn't matter. If there was a good reason to wiretap her, the court would have given permission.

Btw, have you realized how crazy it is to wiretap anything and everything just because you are not sure? It is a surefire way to get deluged in a lot of useless data and to miss anything vital in all the mess that is created.

But then creating a messy situation is the trademark of the Dumbya administration.
