Real Time Quotes
The Etrade $30.00 charge is the fee paid
to the exchange it is a one time charge.
Etrade does not charge for Real Time quotes.
But..
There is a mess of paper work to fill out
for the exchanges and a filing fee.
The paper work is aimed at limiting the
use of these quotes to the individual and
stem redistribution.
