But let me ask you something Genius.. Can you explain the difference between a binding and non-binding UNSC resolution? Secondly, can you restate the supporting UNSC resolutions cited in UNSC 1441, and their significance to that specific resolution? This is an open book test... You can open your Blue Book now... Hawk
