Then we could, possibly, conclude that the developed countries have had a few generations that already enjoyed the benefits of increased IQ resulting from better diets and better health care. The younger generations can, not only, no longer have their IQ propped up by better diets and better health care but are subject to other factors, such a less demanding and less incentives that will lead to IQ drop. This drop despite the good nutrition and better health care.

In the developing countries, the existing generations are having IQ improved due to more challenging environment and better food better health care.
