This is interesting: Posted by Milchip on another board. Dear Malcolm: While I think your latest dip into the Company coffers is about a classless and selfish a move as I have ever witnessed, would another 150,000 shares be enough to get arse out of Dodge and away from this Company? Please consider this offer, though it may be low by your inflated standards and thoughts of your own importance. It's been over 5 years since you have run the Company as if it were your own. I could take the pathetic lack of communication had you not reduced shareholder value in this 5 year period to a 2.2 penny Loch equivalent. Not to mention that you've so reduced the interest in this stock that your weekly, selfish and ill-timed sells now comprise 10% of the weekly volume of shares traded. This Company needs and requires professional and experienced management unemcumbered by your narcisstic, despotic and rudderless leadership. You've kept us SEC clean and the Company still has a hearbeat, but give it up. Let the Company thrive and blossom. Let the shareholders get some sense of enjoyment and value for owning this stock. Would you take 200,000 additional shares? 250? And another 50,000 shares to your son-in-law?
