In addition, CPI lower than expected and Bundesbank did not raise repo rate...yet. Plus we can hope that the financial federale heavyweights of the world meeting in Hong Kong this week will manage to do a little more than punt, even if its possible only to set a few ground rules on who gets to raise what when...or lower what if... gees... didn't realize it was options expiration time. thanks for the reminder.
