yes, I did call IBM but you might want to talk to someone there as well. Basically, (1) the person did not know anything about AND (2) voice recognition is "doing well" but not a top of the chart product at this time (3) voice recognition will continue to be an IBM priority

point (2) makes me wonder as to where AND is "selling" all of those headphones if IBM is 60+% of their business (hearsay evidence from some AND post)
