Stop/loss is a very effective investing tool. I minimizes your losses.
I always set mine 3% below my entry point and up it as the stock price increases.
Having said that I may have spoken and may have bought too soon. If my stop/loss is taken out I will wait for this puppy to drop to 12 or below before buying again. That is where it seems to be heading.
