Scott ..... you're ABSOLUTELY right ..... Palermo brought in his own PR/hypster (Alon Kutai) and has him right under his thumb ...... and with PR Newswire, he can put out his stories electronically at a moment's notice ........ the shareholders keep losing, and the CEO and the attorneys who put these "deals" together keep on reaping the benefits ....... someone ought to look into the compensation that the interlocking trio of Joe Smith, Allen Milton and Richard Campbell get when they do one of these .......... it would probably make an interesting discussion for the SEC types .......... perhaps the last CFO got fired for knowing too much .......
