Just off the phone with Brian Robertson, CEO of IPMG. Brian returned my call of Friday and I must say we couldn't ask for a more personable, and knowledgeable person as CEO. He shared the following:

1. Cambodia Surveys - The work in Cambodia is ongoing. A comprehensive set of surveys is under development. Additional properties are being examined in Cambodia. Competition is fierce for viable properties. IPMG does not wish to tip it's hand with respect to new or existing properties. Details of the survey results are not expected in the first quarter of 2006, but will encompass all new and existing properties when released. Current share prices are very favorable for future value. IMPG is working hand-in-hand with the Cambodian government to help them apply structure to their mining industry. IPMG is playing a key role in assisting the government and establishing strong ties within the country for the future.

2. New World Class Projects - Work is proceeding to an advanced stage in the due diligence of a North American project. More information will be released as it is completed. Brian will be traveling in the next couple of weeks to further refine that effort.

3. Staffing: New staffing has been added to support the Cambodia work at the lower levels. New executive staffing is still being examined and will be added when the right candidate with the right qualifications is found. Bill Boberg remains IPMG's Principal Mining Engineer.

4. A/S and O/S Clarification - Brian clarified the new Wyoming listing. 1) "IPMG's Authorized Shares has always been 400M shares. It has never been identical to the Outstanding." The Outstanding Shares has actually declined slightly but remains "around 325 million shares." The share structure has not changed at all.

5. Real Time Quotes - I briefed Brian on the advantages of the corporation providing RTQ's & L-II from pinksheets on their web site. He indicated he was aware of the REGSHO listing, and I explained that the sunshine that RTQ's and L-II provides boosts investor confidence. He indicate he would look into it further.

All in all a very positive and upbeat discussion.
