It certainly sounds good. As you and I have discussed in the past, if this were another pinkie sub-penny, it would have flown today based on the PR. It's the classic case of investors looking at the history and saying, "Mr. CEO, show us you know what the term 'shareholder friendly' means. We're not going to jump in given the history. Fool me once . . . ."

I'd say their best move now would be to do that buyback or, better yet, insider buying, particularly by those who may have sold shares in the past. Establish a base away from the "cellar." Then let the PR's and actual results move the stock much higher.
