Hi Ox and BWAC,

Agreed on both posts.I know the SEC often gives management a list of traders just before a breakout up - to see if they are possible leak receivers.

I had a CEO tell me,that he identified me as known,as I was lucky enough to have added to,in a very small way, just before the company was added to the S&P 600.

I never heard squat.

I certainly had no forward info.

But this is more than a small add to.

I guess the SEC will address it right after they resolve the SHO list - right and not holding my breath.

So here we are - wondering if it is a buy or a sell and someone preserved their buying power much better thanus or went short - on the perfect trade.

IT IS NOT RIGHT - but the lareceny of it all makes me jealous.GG

Is it a buy ? And it is not necessarily management to blame at all - but it darn sure is a leak.

We must make note of it - as repeats make it a cancer -not a leak.

Then it is an inside deal - not worthy of touching with a 20 foot pole.

It is recorded as such.

Bob
