I agree with the above phrase. Unfortunately, most public unions do not. Most recent example is the NYC transit stike. I noticed that we did not fire anyone, so in that case it was okay to break the law.

Since your position is that the President should not authorize/direct the NSA to (fill in the blank) without a warrant would you mind telling me what you think about your personal mail being opened by someone in government.

Would that also fall under "nation of laws" for you?
