Following the CES show last week, JMP says they are cautious about SanDisk's potential for success in the MP3 player market against Apple's iPOD family, while new music subscription models for cell phones are still in their infancy and may not yield incremental new demand for SanDisk cell phone flash cards until late 2006. Firm continues to have a cautious viewpoint on SNDK stock, which they believe is priced for perfection at 36x their 2006 EPS est of $2.15 (Street $2.31).
