Did they indicate if there are warrants, options, convertible debentures, or rights outstanding that could significantly increase the total shares? Did they indicate whether the total is "fully diluted" shares? 57 mill is about triple the number o/s prior to the cybersensor fiasco, so Mr K has issued about 38 million more. It would be nice to know a few more details on when, to whom, on what terms, and for how much.... etc
