Any such overturn would be a major step, but the actual legal logic would be trivial. I'm nore sure he would try to overturn it. He has said that it is an important precident. OTOH as far as I can tell he doesn't think the constitution itself gives any such right. The relative importance he places on stare-decisis compared to his own direct interpretation of the constitution would seem to decide how he would decide in this area.

He supported trying to keep Princeton the way it was in the past with few if not any women and minorities enrolled.

I'm not sure that is an accurate statement.

Re: #3 "3. He has more memory problems" - I don't know a lot about this particular issue so I'll refrain from commenting on it for now.

Re: #4 - Could you be specific about how you think he was "weasily"?
