Noel...you are in pure spin mode yet again. There are over 450 million people in the EU. Who is cherrypicking the stats? You can't just pull out certain states to make your broad claims look the best. Who are you fooling other than yourself? Can I then remove the stats from U.S. inner cities too? That will help my point look better...its only fair. The population of the EU25 member states stood at 456.8 million on 1 January 2004 optimumpopulation.org
