Your plan sounds good, but you are missing one small detail - the strike price! If you think downside risk is minimal, consider buying some in the money calls. Here is something for you to think about though - selling puts. You sell puts if you like the stock to go up. However, the most you can make is the premium you bring in, while you can lose a ton. Trust me! :-) Tim - Long at 16 and feeling some pain.
