I find it interesting that Unison released Maestro 6.0 just after the IBM announcement instead of just before. I'm certain the stock would have breeched the $15.00 mark. Stock holders might have been less apt to vote the deal in. Is anyone out there going to vote there proxies against the deal? Unison could have been a sweet ride into the twenties. Duncan
