Quest & Ciphergen are both making presentations at a Diagnostics Conference in Miami Jan 27-28. I think we may see a significant announcement as CEO Gail Page is making the presentation herself. If you listen to Ciphegen's latest CC they stated January as the timeframe for updates regarding their ongoing work with Quest.
