In a research article on Nikon, dated 9/9/97, a "major brokerage firm" estimates that 488 DUV "steppers" will be shipped in the fiscal year ending 3/99. The highest forecast is for 951 in fiscal year starting 3/02.

I suspect CYMI will have capacity for other applications!
