Peter, Deals can be made with the phone companies that will be enough to have a set monthly fee, with unlimited calling. I would imagine that the calling entity, would have only one, or just a few, nations targeted. Those telemarketers from India, seem to be well trained in not listening to the person they call, but just drone on with their spiel. Usually, I manage to shout them down, and interrupt their thoughts, giving me time to tell them what I think of them. Then, they hang up. They are hard to listen to because their English is really garbled. Yes, I don't speak hindi, but I don't call anyone in India either.
